30-Day Return Policy
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return
Go to 'Your Orders', select the item you want to return, and follow the instructions. You'll receive a prepaid return label via email.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. Please check the product listing for specific return terms.
