Our Commitment

At Ugoya, we stand behind the quality of every product on our platform. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: custom or personalized orders, digital downloads, perishable goods, items marked as final sale, and products that have been damaged through misuse.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 5 business days, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at refunds@ugoya.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@ugoya.com within 30 days of delivery.
